1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1 Acceptance

By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Content Guidelines, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Application operator.

2.2 Eligibility

To use the Application, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Application only with parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Application under any applicable law, including being on any government watchlist or having been previously banned.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age or eligibility.

2.3 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your mobile phone number, email address, or a third-party authentication provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Permitted Use and User Obligations

3.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on a personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to sublicense, modify, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Application.

3.2 User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Be solely responsible for all Content you post, share, or transmit through the Application.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users at all times.
• Engage with the platform and other users in a respectful, honest, and non-harmful manner.
• Promptly report Content or behavior that violates these Terms or appears to endanger anyone.
• Keep your device and account secure by using strong passwords and enabling available security features.
• Not impersonate any individual, entity, organization, or brand.
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting, uploading, or sharing any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Posting or distributing sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-only content.
• Publishing personal or private information of another individual without their consent (doxxing).
• Stalking, threatening, intimidating, or harassing any individual.
• Spreading misinformation, fabricated news, or deliberately false content with intent to deceive.
• Creating fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or non-human tools to access the Application without prior written consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, other user accounts, or our server infrastructure.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of the Application.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application or any component thereof.
• Collecting, harvesting, or aggregating data about other users without their consent.
• Using the Application to send unsolicited communications, spam, or chain messages.
• Posting content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any party.
• Engaging in any activity that promotes or facilitates hate speech, violence, terrorism, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Violating the rights of children, including posting any content that exploits or endangers minors.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership of User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all Content that you create and post through the Application. By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have secured all rights necessary to post such Content and to grant us the license described below.

4.2 License You Grant to Us

By posting Content on the Application, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your Content in connection with operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Application. This license does not grant us ownership of your Content and terminates when you delete your Content or your account (subject to any legal retention obligations).

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Application itself — including but not limited to the software code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, illustrations, animations, and documentation — is owned exclusively by the Application operator or its licensors. You are granted no rights, title, or interest in any of our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.

4.4 Copyright Policy and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice through the in-app reporting system. Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate.

We will review all notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the reported content. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

5. Platform Rules and Moderation

5.1 Content Moderation

We maintain an active content moderation program combining automated detection systems and human review. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove Content that violates these Terms or our Content Guidelines. Moderation decisions are made in our sole discretion.

5.2 Reporting System

We provide users with tools to report Content or accounts that they believe violate these Terms. All reports are reviewed in accordance with our Content Guidelines and escalation procedures. Submitting false reports in bad faith may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

5.3 Account Actions

We may take the following actions in response to violations:

• Content Removal: Removing or hiding specific Content that violates our policies.
• Warning: Issuing a formal warning to the user's account with documentation of the violation.
• Temporary Restriction: Temporarily restricting specific account features such as posting, commenting, or messaging.
• Temporary Suspension: Suspending the account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days depending on severity).
• Permanent Termination: Permanently deactivating the account with no possibility of reinstatement in cases of serious or repeated violations.
• Legal Action: Referring cases to law enforcement or pursuing legal action where appropriate.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms, our Content Guidelines, or any applicable law.
• Receipt of credible reports of serious misconduct including harassment, threats, or illegal activity.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in activity that jeopardizes the safety of other users or the integrity of the platform.
• Non-payment of any applicable fees (for future premium features).
• Extended periods of account inactivity (greater than 24 consecutive months).
• Any court order or government directive requiring account action.

6.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the Application. Refer to the Account Deletion Policy for full details on the effects of account deletion.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason:

• Your license to use the Application is immediately revoked.
• Your access to the Application and all associated data is terminated.
• Your public profile is removed from the platform.
• Content you posted may be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policies and legal obligations.
• You remain liable for any obligations accrued prior to termination, including any legal claims arising from your use of the Application.

6.4 Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe this action was in error, you may submit an appeal through the in-app support system within 30 days of receiving notice. We will review your appeal and provide a response within 15 business days. Our appeal decision is final.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Application operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Application.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your Content or any Content you cause to appear on the platform.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Any dispute between you and any other user.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us through the in-app support system and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith dialogue within 30 days of receiving notice.

10.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be within India. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Application with at least 15 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Application.

12. Future Modules — Additional Terms

Additional terms specific to each planned module will be published as separate addenda prior to module activation. These future module terms will govern the additional features and obligations associated with each module.
